Worth knowing

WQA lists the CQ-1000, which Rainshower now sells as the Restore (SKU MPCQ-1KNH-RS); the Restore page says the CQ1000 is WQA certified to NSF/ANSI 177. WQA names its cartridge RCCQ-A or RCCQ-PC, and Rainshower sells the RCCQ-RS for it. Rainshower rates the cartridge for 10,000 gallons and gives no month rating. The $90 price is the filter alone; with one of Rainshower’s showerheads it is up to $139.
