Worth knowing

IAPMO lists the WD-10UA, 15UA and 17UA under NSF/ANSI 42 only, for chlorine, taste and odor; no NSF/ANSI 53 or 401 listing was found for them at NSF, WQA or IAPMO. Waterdrop says the filter reduces heavy metals and is "third-party tested", which is not a certification. Capacity is the 11,000 gallons on IAPMO's listing and Waterdrop's specifications; Waterdrop's FAQ gives 8,000 gallons or 12 months, and the 12 months come first for a household of three. Price recorded is the $58.99 list price; Waterdrop showed $39.99 with a discount code on Oct. 16, 2026.
